Bring the charger
If you are bringing a laptop, tablet, or device that needs power, bring the charger. Some issues only appear when a device is charging or running on battery.
Write down what happened
Short notes help: when the issue started, what changed recently, any error messages, and whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes.
Think about passwords before the visit
Some repairs require logging in. You do not need to share passwords until they are needed, but make sure you can access the account or device.
Back up important files if you can
If the computer still works, back up important photos, documents, and business files before service. If it does not start, ask about recovery options.
